Hi everyone! My name is Elaine Sparkes (aka Lainey) and I am the founder of Lainey Sparkes Dance Fitness.
My aim is to encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes, genders and abilities (yes even those with two left feet!) to come and dance with me in a fun dance fitness class that will make you smile and forget that you are exercising.
Over the years, I have seen and heard people worry and be concerned about joining new fitness classes due to feeling self conscious and the fear of being judged by others. I have always had the policy that everyone is welcome in my class and can assure you that you will be greeted with a smile, made to feel comfortable and leave feeling energised, good about yourself as well as your fitness achievements.

Come to a class
My classes are dance based, mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for a calorie burning workout. I use a variety of music such as girly pop songs, chart hits, latin rhythms, hip hop classics and some good old 60’s and 70’s tunes so there really is something for everyone’s musical tastes.

Regular Class 7:00pm - 7.45pm at Cullompton Rugby Club, Stafford Park, Knowle Lane, Cullompton, EX15 1PZ
Thursday
Glow Fitness Class 7:00pm - 7.45pm at Cullompton Rugby Club, Stafford Park, Knowle Lane, Cullompton, EX15 1PZ
Friday
​Zumba Gold (Over 60's) ​9.45am - 10.30am at Willand Village Hall, Gables Rd, Willand, Cullompton EX15 2PL
All classes are £5.50 per person.
